Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

Beer 2: Little Brett Ale Fermented with Brettanomyces and dry hopped with Mosaic Hops, 4.8%

Little Brett is both hopped and dry hopped with 100% Mosaic hops and is completely fermented in stainless with our house strain of Brettanomyces yeast.

Little Brett is a hazy, straw-colored beer featuring an aroma bursting with pineapple and notes of bread crust. Pineapple continues through the flavor with additional notes of fresh cut grass. A mild tartness in the finish is nicely balanced with a pleasant hop-bitterness

Beer 3: Sixteen Counties, Belgian-Style Golden Ale, 7.3%

We named this beer to honor the rich tradition of farming in the sixteen counties of Maine. We brew the beer with malted Maine-grown barley, unmalted Maine-

grown red wheat, and Maine-grown organic oats.Sixteen Counties has a bright copper hue with aromas of lemon rind, flowers, and candied grapefruit. The first sip opens with herbal hop notes, wheat cracker, and citrus and ends with a balanced, dry finish.

Beer 4: Farm to Face, Ale Fermented with Peaches, 6.2% Applecrest Farm in New Hampshire.

VIP Session Beer: Tiarna, Ale aged in oak barrels, 7.1%

Tiarna is a blend of two beers, one aged in oak and fermented with 100% brettanomyces, and the other fermented in stainless with a blend of two belgian yeast

strains. Both beers were brewed with a combination of 2 row and wheat malt in addition to specialty grains and hopped with Hallertau, Styrian Goldings and Cascade hops. The finished beer is dark golden in color with aromas of citrus, pineapple and bread. Notes of grapefruit, lemon, and bread crust punctuate the flavor with a long, dry finish.

Homegrown Beer Competition: Sixteen Counties, 7.3%

Farm to face is bright amber in color and has aromas of peach, graham cracker and green apple. Drinking this medium bodied beer is like biting into a juicy

peach with tartness throughout. The finish has a long lasting peachiness. We brew this beer as a pale ale, and then ferment it in stainless tanks with our house

yeast. After primary fermentation, we add pediococcus and lactobacillus and age it for ten months with three pounds of peaches per gallon from our friends at

PDF Image: Beer Info Summer Session 2016

Supercritical CO2 Fluid Extractor - Oil Extract Using Infinity Supercritical CO2 Extraction System - Botanical CO2 Extraction System - Go to website

Search Engine Contact: <a href="mailto:greg@infinitysupercritical.com?subject="Decarb">greg@infinitysupercritical.com
